1. About these terms

metiseko.com is owned and operated by Metiseko Vietnam Co., Ltd (Công ty TNHH Metiseko Việt Nam), business registration number 4000812062, registered at 101 Nguyễn Duy Hiệu, Hội An Đông Ward, Đà Nẵng, Vietnam (“Metiseko”, “we”, “us”). Our online store runs on Shopify.

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

2. Using our website

To place an order, you must be of legal age in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to collect other people’s personal data, to scrape or crawl the site, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with its security. We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these Terms.

3. Our content and designs

All content on metiseko.com belongs to Metiseko or is used under licence. This includes our textile prints and designs, photography, artwork, text and graphics. You may view, download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, modify or sell any of it without our written permission.

4. Our products

Our fabrics are printed and dyed by hand using artisanal methods, so each piece varies slightly in colour, print placement and texture, typically within 5%. Colours may also look different depending on your screen. These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

All measurements in our size charts are approximate, with a tolerance of 3% or ±1 cm (0.4 in), whichever is greater, due to our artisanal production process. Garment dimensions may vary slightly between production batches, so please use our size guide as a reference rather than an exact measurement. For sizing advice, write to us at info@metiseko.com.

Many pieces are made in limited quantities. We cannot guarantee that every product shown is in stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with an alternative or a new delivery date. If you prefer not to proceed, we will refund the unfulfilled part of your order. The assortment online and in our stores may differ.

Some pieces can be customized (for example hem or sleeve length). Customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Prices and currencies

Prices are set in US dollars and may change without notice. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed. Prices shown in other currencies are converted automatically by Shopify using daily exchange rates, so they may vary from day to day.

Promotions, discounts and exchange rates may differ between metiseko.com and our stores, and we do not price-match between them.

6. Orders and payment

We accept card payments through OnePay, PayPal, and cash on delivery for orders within Vietnam. Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment providers; we never ask for card details by email.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, or that exceed quantity limits per customer, card or address. Please give us accurate contact, billing and shipping details so we can complete your order.

If we find an error in a product’s price, description or availability after you order, we may correct it or cancel the order. If you have already been charged, we will refund you in full.

7. Shipping, duties and taxes

Delivery within Vietnam is free. International orders ship by express courier (DHL or UPS), with fees calculated at checkout, and free shipping on orders over USD 450.

For international orders, we pay import duties and taxes on your behalf before your parcel leaves Vietnam. You should have nothing more to pay on delivery.

If the courier asks you to pay anything on delivery, please don’t pay it yet. Contact us right away at info@metiseko.com with your order number, your tracking number, and a photo or screenshot of the courier’s request, and we will try to resolve the issue directly with the courier. 8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within Vietnam. International orders are final sale, except for faulty or incorrect items. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before ordering.

9. Your comments and submissions

We welcome feedback. If you send us ideas, comments or photos, we may use them to improve or promote Metiseko, but we will not use your name without your permission. You are responsible for what you submit, and it must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringe anyone’s rights.

10. Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to, or use tools provided by, third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

11. Personal information

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Metiseko is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Metiseko for any claims or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
