The fees for express international shipping are calculated at check-out based on the destination and weight of the order. Within Vietnam we use local courier partners. For international shipping we work with UPS and DHL.
Orders within Vietnam will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your order is underway and you can keep track of its progress via the provided tracking number.

Embroidery
All our embellishments are done by hand.
Some slight waves may form because the fabric is very thin. However, the garment will keep its original appearance, without any wrinkling.
Like any hand-embroidered garment, you should avoid excessive friction. Otherwise, you risk wearing out the embellishments or even breaking the thread. Nevertheless, we assure resistant finishing so the beads and sequins stay put for a long time.
Yes, we provide a one-year warranty from the day of receipt, for a maximum of two repairs. This only applies to broken threads. Beads or sequins that have been broken, oxidized or discolored are not covered by this guarantee.
Each of our embroidery patterns highlights the corresponding print. Because of this, we do not offer embellishments on other prints.
We’ve chosen the embellishments and embroidery patterns to best suit the print in terms of style and color. As such, we will not change the colors or patterns of our embellishments.
No, we do not customize non-Metiseko garments.

Our prices reflect the extensive textile know-how and acute attention to detail that hand embroidery requires. We have also taken an enormous amount of time and care to develop embroidery patterns that best reflect our brand as well as our loyal customers. We view each embellished Metiseko garment as a unique piece of wearable art, and so the pricing mirrors that.
As most of our garments do not come with lining, our embroidery technique focuses on the back of the fabric for a clean and neat appearance. This is achieved by beginning the embroidery directly from the right side and mapping our patterns to limit thread use and visibility on the reverse side.

We use European standard sizes. You can find our size charts here and to the right of the product description in the detailed product view. The cut and fit of the various collections may vary so please read the product description carefully.
Operating our own workshop and working with a team of skilled seamstresses give us the flexibility to adapt the products to your needs. Our customized services may include shortening/lengthening the hem, shortening/lengthening sleeves, or using a different print out of the ones available. Contact us so that we can assess the feasibility of your inquiry.
