Processing time

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

Customized pieces, such as a changed length or a design in another print, need up to 2 additional business days to produce when the fabric is in stock. If the fabric needs to be restocked, we will email you the expected date before we begin.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays and the Tết holiday period.

Delivery within Vietnam

Delivery within Vietnam is free. We ship with VN Post EMS. When the item is in stock, orders usually arrive in 2–3 business days. If a piece needs to be produced or sent from another location, we will email you the expected delivery date.

You can also choose to collect your order from one of our stores at checkout. Online orders paid by cash on delivery and collected in store are treated as in-store purchases.

International delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL and UPS express to most countries they serve. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination and the weight of your order, and is free on orders over USD 450. Most international orders arrive in 5–7 business days after dispatch. If a piece needs to be produced or sent from another location, we will email you the expected delivery date.

Import duties and taxes

For international orders, we pay import duties and taxes on your behalf before your parcel leaves Vietnam. You should have nothing more to pay on delivery.

If the courier asks you to pay anything on delivery, please don't pay it yet. Contact us right away at info@metiseko.com with your order number, your tracking number, and a photo or screenshot of the courier's request, and we will try to resolve the issue directly with the courier.

If you have already paid, send us the receipt and we will take it up with the courier.

If a courier applies a genuine surcharge we could not foresee, such as a remote-area fee, we will contact you by email before proceeding so we can agree on a solution together.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Your shipping address

Please write your shipping address in Latin characters (the alphabet used for English, French, Spanish, Vietnamese and similar languages). Our couriers cannot process addresses written in other scripts, such as Chinese, Japanese or Korean.

Make sure your address, zip code and phone number are complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we may need to charge the cost of sending it again.

Delays and lost parcels

Delivery times are estimates from our couriers and can be affected by customs checks, weather or holidays. If your parcel has not arrived within 8 business days of dispatch, or tracking has stopped updating, please write to info@metiseko.com and we will follow it up with the courier.

Returns

International orders are final sale. Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within Vietnam. See our Return & Refund Policy.
