Before using them for the first time, we advise you to protect your N'GO with a waterproofing spray suitable for the fabric, and to repeat this operation regularly.

As our shoes are handmade, they are not suitable for machine washing. This could damage the materials and cause the colors to fade.

To remove stains, wash gently by hand with cold water and soap.
