Exchange & Return policy for BLACK FRIDAY

This policy is applicable for BLACK FRIDAY promotion
Items that are considered as Clearance Sales (this will be noted on receipt) cannot be exchanged or returned (both Within and Outside Vietnam)

Within Vietnam

Purchased directly at store:

  • No refund, only exchange accepted
  • Only accept 01 exchange per receipt
  • Exchange must be made within 07 days (non-business days included), starting from the purchase date, based on the availability of the stock at that time.

  Exchange made DURING sales:

  • You can exchange for the same or higher value item based on the discounted price (if any)

  Exchange made AFTER sales:

  • If you exchange to another size of the same design and same color/print, no delta needs to be paid.
  • If you exchange to a different color/print of the same design:
    • If they have the same discount amount during sales, no delta needs to be paid
    • If the new item had a lower discount amount during sales (ex. 30% → 20%), you will pay the delta based on the discounted price
    • If the new item had a higher discount amount during sales (ex. 30% → 40%), you will receive your new item (if stock available) but no refund will be processed for that item. If you want to buy new item(s), it will be considered as a new order.

  • If you exchange to another design(s) with the same or higher total value, you will need to pay for the delta of your paid amount and the new total. If the new total is less than what you have paid, no refund will be processed.  

(delta = the new order with same or higher total - your paid amount)


Purchased online: 

  • The conditions are the same as purchased at store (mentioned above)
  • An exchange request needs to be made within 07 days (non-business days included) from the delivery date cited on the tracking system. If more days have gone by since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
  • Customer will handle the shipping fee for returning the item(s) to Metiseko. We will send the exchange item only after we successfully receive the returned package.

Outside Vietnam - Purchased online

  • No exchange, only accept Return 
  • A return request needs to be made within 07 days (non-business days included) from the delivery date cited on the DHL or UPS tracking system. If more days have gone by since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return
  • Customer will handle the shipping fee for returning the item(s) to Metiseko.
  • We will proceed with the refund to your original method of payment (no refund on shipping fee)
